This position is responsible for all ICMI and CCCS call center consulting project execution with high client satisfaction. This position also needs to commit to certain training/consulting project sales revenue among the existing client base by cross-sale and up-sale approaches.

Responsibility:
1) Consulting Project Execution: Execute ICMI and CCCS call center consulting projects such as Volkswagen independently according the project plan arranged by Training & Consulting Director with high client satisfaction and
continuously improve consulting quality.
2) Training Delivery: Deliver scheduled ICMI and CCCS individual trainings including public courses and internal courses arranged by Training & Consulting Director. Conduct training feedback surveys and continuously improve training quality.
3) Revenue Achievements: Identify cross-sales and up sales opportunities by executing consulting & training projects. Provide adequate support to Training & Consulting Director to secure sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
1) Minimum of 5 years of experience of call center operation experiences
2) Experience with vehicle industry call center operation is Preferred
3) Implementation experiences with COPC or other call center certification would be preferred
4) Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
5) Be able to work under pressure
6) Expertise with Office and call center related applications
