- Job Title: Training and Consulting Director
Requirement Summary
This position is responsible for all ICMI and CCCS call center certification and training project execution with high client satisfaction. This position also needs to commit to certain training/consulting project sales revenue among the existing client base by cross-sale and up-sale approaches. Besides, this position will have close communication with ICMI U.S. team to localize new products and services.
Requirement Summary
- Manage and execute ICMI and CCCS call center site certification projects with assistance from internal or external auditors.
- Deliver scheduled ICMI and CCCS individual trainings including public courses and internal courses arranged by Certification Director. Conduct training feedback surveys and continuously improve training quality.
- Identify cross-sales and up-sales opportunities by executing certification and training projects. Provide adequate support to BD Director to secure sales opportunities.
- Participate ICMI global team to develop ICMI site certification. Improve and localize it once it gets completed. Develop new training courses with assistance from training experts. Modify and improve training contents of the existing training courses.
Qualifications Needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of call center operation experiences
- 2-3 years call center training experience with proven records
- Be familiar with major call center certification categories and specifications, Implementation experiences with COPC or other call center certification would be preferred
- Sales driven mindset. Experience with call center business develop is Preferred
- Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Expertise with Office and call center related applications

Requirement Summary
This position needs to commit to ICMI and CCCS Individual training and certification revenue achievement and growth through multiple channels including exiting clients and new clients.

Essential Job Duties
- Strategically promote ICMI and CCCS individual training and certification programs by developing channel sales agencies, websites, eDM, telemarketing and trial sessions. Produce and review relevant pipeline reports and productivity reports.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with existing clients as well as new clients to explore business opportunities.
- Assist Certification Director to conduct CCCS site certification and ICMI international site certification
- Attend ICMI conferences and accomplish tasks as assigned
Qualifications Needed
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience corporate training and consulting business with proven records. 至少2年以上得到证实的公司培训咨询业务的销售经验
